Betsy Martin Law, PLLC, opened in 2014 to serve the Triangle Area with a unique approach to the practice of law.  Betsy is a Durham local engaged in the community and passionate about providing access to quality legal services at a reasonable cost.  Betsy offers basic estate planning for clients of all stages of life.     

Betsy has found that many do not have access to legal counsel due to barriers including scheduling times and unreachable fees.  Moreover, she found that many peers, having rarely had access to legal counsel, lacked understanding of the value of legal counsel.  In serving the community, Betsy has sought to educate prospective clients on the value of counsel, offer quality legal counsel at a reasonable cost, and offer her services at unusual times, including evenings and weekends.
